A preeminent specialty food manufacturer that specializes in dried fruits, and preserved and frozen fruit products from the northern fruit lands of Michigan. Key responsibilities encompassed the entire creative, branding and communications materials and activities of the company including budgeting and meeting the legal labeling standards of the MDA and FDA.
