Seb Janiak - photographer, graphic designer, music video director and producer - started off his career as a post-production graphic designer, specializing in advertising and music videos. By the beginning of the 1990s, while at the post-production company, Duran, Seb rubbed shoulders with some of today's biggest names in photography, film & music video: Michel Gondry, Pitof and Stephane Sednaoui. It was at this time that Seb started making a career in photography for himself. In 1991 he got his first album cover commission for Nina Hagen. Shortly after he became interested in fashion photography and started working for some of the most prestigious magazines: The Face, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, Detour, Details and Glamour. With his career in photography was blossoming, he was also taking his first steps into the world of the music video and was soon directing videos for Method Man Daft Punk & Janet Jackson. Since then he has gone on to direct videos for Robbie Williams, Dizzee Rascal, JJ Cale & Immature.

In 1997 he started his own production company called "99," repping artists such as Seb Caudron, Tomkan, Xavier Denauv and Armen.

Janiak lives in Paris and continues to push the graphic boundaries of video, film & photography.
