Nick Kuchar grew up drawing & surfing in Florida. After graduating from the primary colors, he attended Auburn University where he received a degree in Industrial Design. He enjoys baseball statistics, surfing, listening to The Who, herding cats, & driving his VW bus. Nick is inspired by the early days of surfing & beach culture, including the vintage color palette, typography & nostalgia that goes along with it. He now lives on the island of Oahu, Hawaii where he creates scrumptious nuggets of art to share with his friends & complete strangers.

“Everything is Jake” is a saying from the early 1900′s which translates to everything is “fine” or “satisfactory.” Jake was also the name of Nick’s devious & clever dalmatian.
