Professional Experience

Experience

Freelance Storyboard and Concept Artist
1989 - Present (23 years)
Working with Art Directors in the advertising industry I produce storyboards and visuals (comps) for the purpose of presenting ad campaign concepts to corporate clients.
I also have extensive experience producing layered artwork for the production of animatics, straight from script form or from a storyboard.
Working with film directors I produce shooting storyboards presenting the correct camera angles, lens, lighting and locations as a visual reference of the director's creative vision. This is to assist the director to communicate with the client and crew in the filming of television ads, feature films or television shows. Working with production designers I create concept art, set and prop visuals as required.
I produce character designs for clients from rough to finished art. Other skills include comic book art and editorial illustrations.
