Speed. Freedom. Independence. I love being around people who love these things. That's why I'm drawn to photographing them. Motorcycling. Bike racing. Horses. Anything that powerfully demonstrates a liberated, open spirit draws my lens, both for stills and video. 

I've been a creative director and idea generator for all of my professional life in the advertising and marketing fields. Highly technical and litigious subjects have been the bread n' butter for years. As a photographer, I can shake off nearly all of those constraints.

Although I maintain studio space, I perform best on-location, and thrive by interacting with an environment in an effort to insure that the images reflect the spirit of that environment.

My professional career spans nearly 3 decades as a designer, creative director and strategist, and manager of creative teams including photo, video, and copy creation — all in the agency space working on national and global brands.
