Brief Summary
Alex Sufit (aka Lexitricity)

Film director with a background in Illustration. I grew up between London and France on a diet of Art-House cinema and MTV.

'Gentlemen in Squalor', which is set in the prohibition era and stars British actor Dexter Fletcher, is my music video 'homage' to Bugsy Malone. It has won the jury prize at the Sacramento Film & Music Festival and the Amsterdam Film Festival, amongst others. Most recently, I directed a video for GRAMMY-nominated artists LMFAO, which was a finalist of Channel 4's Tuborg Liquid Soundtrack.

My commercial credits includes the 'Only in Belfast' TV spots and Danone (Bonafont mineral water), a promo for the BornShorts Film Festival shot on 35mm at Pinewood and a book trailer for best-selling author Susan Lewis, Random House publishing.

I've also written and directed a number of shorts films, including black comedy 'The Morning After', 'Blink' a micro thriller broadcast on Canal+ and 'How Not To Say I Love You' which was selected for ’Jeunes Auteurs en Europe’ at the Amiens Film Festival.
