• Flexibility to travel including internationally and represent the design team in multi-functional meetings
Design Skills
• Strong understanding of design methods, tools and processes
• Excellent sense of aesthetics through color, texture, balance, shape, and form
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management and new product development activities to create, design, develop and implement new features
• Ability to sketch design concepts and ideas in order to develop necessary details of product
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Publisher, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Professionally successful, as measured through the growth of previous companies and number of products on the market, through an understanding of the importance of good design, efficient manufacturing, brand value and promotion, and service after the sale.
