Vesa Sammalisto is a professional illustrator and designer based in Helsinki, Finland. He has graduated from University of Art and Design Helsinki in Graphic design. After graduation Vesa worked as a designer in one of Finland´s top advertising agencies. Currently Vesa is busy running his own company name and pushing his professional illustrator career.
In addition to having graduated from the field of graphic design Vesa has a background in architectural studies which sure has left a mark to his intricate style. Vesa´s unique illustrations consist of complex details with great sense of depth, yet being simple and geometric. His style is influenced by past decades with a modern twist.
