I am a Chicago, IL-based freelance artist specializing in illustration and web design/development. My paintings are narrative, often surreal and expressive illustrations, many of which feature animals engaged in activities that comment subjectively about human issues.

I honed my ability in web design by developing my own site first, then by creating sites for fellow artists who also needed online catalogs of their work. I hand-code my design, am up-to-date on the current XHTML & CSS standards, and can handle Javascript and social networking integration.
