My name is Courtney Conk and I create more than just photographs, I create photographic art. Welcome to my world of imagination and subconscious. You will encounter some strange or even scary characters in my portraits, these characters have escaped from my dreams and nightmares.

My images walk the line of reality and the dreamstate. I have found inspiration creating my photographic art using threatical lighting, color, expression, and backgrounds to add an emotional & psychological element. Here, tough questions are asked – existential questions that help us look inside ourselves, into the farthest corners of our minds. What are dreams? And do they coincide with nightmares? What purpose do they serve?
