SENIOR UI/UX ARCHITECT and DEVELOPMENT Professional with world-class user interface and user experience design skills - developed and cultivated over fifteen years in the entertainment, education, insurance and high-tech industries.

Designed, architected and built full working prototypes of Warner Bros Web, iPad and iPhone applications (Called MMS 3) utilizing DHTMLX, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, Sqlite along with Xcode and Objective-C Frameworks. Content Development Lead, PureSafety, Nashville, Tennessee, 2009 – 2010
Designed the user interface and experience for the CCMS application which included 60 user functions – CCMS is a web based system for managing course inventory, updates and deliveries. Utilized XHTML, CSS, jQuery and YUI tools for prototyping.

Designed and developed user interface skins and trailers for courses and course catalogs using Flash, ActionScript, and XML. Major clients include Rockwell Collins, Cummins Engines and Prestige Cruise Lines.

Designed user interfaces for client e-commerce portals (CSS/Flash/.NET/C#) (third party vendors that can resell courses via PureSafety’s hosted Learning Management System).

Responsible for rebranding client websites to PureSafety’s upgraded SAS Learning Management System. Created enterprise CSS templates, identified minimum classes and id’s for use with all pages, and trained designers on re-branding steps.

Development Lead, Asurion, Nashville, Tennessee, 2006 – 2008
Responsible for user interface improvements to the Roadside Assistance system – this resulted in decreased issues in downstream payables systems and improved transactional throughput.

Responsible for the functional specifications for various projects including Demand Planning/Material Requirements Planning and Warehouse Management Systems. Documented business, system and operational requirements, use-cases, user roles/personas and created respective wireframes and interaction diagrams for group evaluation and discussion.

Development Manager, Seagate Technology, Scotts Valley, California, 2001 - 2005
Led a three person team responsible for supporting SOLO, Seagate’s ecommerce application for purchasing disc drives through the web. Led the design and development of ACTRAC, an intranet activity tracking application used by various departments at Seagate Technology.

Conceived, designed and produced the BSAS (Business System Analysis and Support) website at Seagate Technology. Successfully met the challenge of creating a website that promoted the group’s image and credibility, providing a knowledge resource for customers, and staying within the branding and style sheet standards set forth by the company.

Senior Systems Analyst; Manager, Seagate Technology, 1994 - 2000
Responsible for satisfying international customer requirements, user interface design, and information architecture of twenty-two application screens. This system is still in use today and facilitates the shipment of over eighteen million drives a quarter.

Designed and developed new laser-based report layouts to replace costly, pre-printed forms.
