Brief Summary
Before I became a graphic designer, I took up creative writing and worked as a writer for a few years. I wrote fairly well but felt that I would be much happier expressing myself visually rather than through words so I made the switch.

I don’t regret the years spent writing and studying literature as it helps me solve design problems by thinking about symbols, connections, and underlying meanings.

One can find many things in common between literature and design, like being able to say so much with so little, and that complements my introvert personality just fine!

I’m inspired by art and design history and consider, whenever possible, how I can incorporate them in my work . My best work so far has been in branding and publications, but I would also like to get into data visualization and information design.

I have a soft spot for old Art Deco buildings and oversized German Shepherds with lopsided ears.
