Noel To is a designer in Hong Kong, he holds a Honours in Interior Design from the University of Central England, Birmingham Institute of Art and Design.

Since graduating, Noel has worked for the Lighting Design and Interior Design in Hong Kong. Noel continues to research for a wealth of social design platforms, including; Design21, Designboom.com, Dexigner.com
