David Levitz is a San Francisco based street photographer. For over the last 10 years, his imagery focused on the colors, lights, and people that come together to make a city what it is. They highlight places you may see everyday but may not stop to appreciate. In 2019, he debuted his renowned Color Block Series that combined aspects of pop art with his street imagery. “My photographs are intended to pull you out of reality to focus on the beauty of the city in vivid colors.” Upon showing this new collection to local art galleries and art fairs in early 2020 this opened the door for his first inperson art showing which will take place later this year.
