DESCRIPTION
Trilogy's www.tiresmadeeasy.com (TME) is a smart web-based rich-internet-application for shopping tires through online. It helps searching the tires based on real user needs. The application provides unparallel interactivity and user experience. For the chosen vehicle make/model/trim a set of tires are opted. From the total set of tires, 3 best matches are displayed as the best matched tires for the selected option. The opted sets of tires are ranked based on the priorities assigned to the tires. The user is also provided with an interface to rank & prioritize the given set of tires based on their needs. The customer is facilitated to enter his zip code, so that based on the zip code shipping cost is calculated.
To make the monetary transaction secure, the site is integrated with Google checkout, who takes care of the security issues related to credit cards. The Google also sends timely mails to customers about the status of their order. A mail from TiresMadeEasy is also sent to customer after the tires have been shipped. Customers can also cancel their order and corresponding amount will be refunded to them.
