1. Researched and evaluated new systems and software to implement at the college.
2. Developed, edited, and maintained digital applications and information systems.
3. Recommended changes or updates in programming, processes, and software usage.
4. Evaluated success of those applications and systems and implemented necessary adjustments to conform with expected results.
5. Managed the learning management system (Jenzabar Portal), trouble-ticket reporting system (Atlassian JIRA), Zoho Creator apps and cloud database, among other systems.
6. Installed software updates and coordinated with the rest of the IT Services team and other members of the college in finding solutions to system and software issues.
