Brief Summary
Heather Ogg is a Prince Edward Island commercial photographer specializing in portrait, documentary and food photography. Heather is obsessed with light and known for her dramatic and sometimes quirky portraits. She especially loves putting her subjects in the middle of an idea.

Heather Ogg is in the fields with our farmers, on the boats with our fishers, in the processing plants, in development kitchens, the markets, the restaurants, and at home in the kitchen. Food has a journey involving many hard-working and super talented people and she wants to tell the whole story.

Heather grew up in Montreal, Canada, where she completed multiple programs in Creative Arts, Graphic Design, and Photography. She is also an avid runner and loves the outdoors.

Her passionate pursuit of a variety of artistic disciplines informs her work with a highly distinctive style.
Heather has a skilled and sensitive eye and is always looking for a strong image that easily captures a moment or a mood. She especially loves developing a narrative within a shoot, creating authentic photos that will connect with the audience and trigger an emotional response. Her distinctive style enables her to deliver creative, beautifully lit images. Heather has a wide-ranging portfolio of work and can shoot a variety of styles and genres. She has the ability to understand client objectives and the experience to exceed expectations.

This multi-talented visual artist’s career spans Montreal design studios, the corporate world and B2B with Bombardier and Pratt & Whitney Canada, and the wide-ranging challenges of her own photography business. She is also part of the team at TechnoMedia in Charlottetown, PEI.
