Brief Summary

Nadine Takvorian was born and raised in the Bay Area and lives in San Francisco.  She has worked in such varied media as print, film, and animation, having previously been part of the art department at Industrial Light & Magic.  She has created art for children, animation, games, editorial, and the music industry.

Nadine’s work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators LA 49, and the New York Society of Illustrators “The Original Art” Exhibition.

Her award-winning animated short film Elegy has screened at several major film festivals including Slamdance, and the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, and won the Special Jury Award for Animation at South by Southwest (SXSW).
