1989 Graduated from the Department of Art Education of Dokuz
Eylul University.
1989-1994 Worked as an art teacher at Ozel Izmir College.
1994 Became an assistant at Abant Izzet Baysal University.
1997 Received her MFA Degree.
1998-1999 Presented TV programs for 18 weeks broadcasted on national channels
(TRT-1, TRT-3 and TRT_INT.) as an art educator introducing painting art and its methods.
1999 Founding member and owner of the "Elcin Art Studio”
1999 Started her Ph Degree in Creative Arts at the Fine Arts Faculty
of Dokuz Eylul University.
2000 Began to live in San Francisco. She practiced her art and restored paintings for Steven Wolf galleries and private collections.
2001-2003 She participated San Francisco Society of Fine Arts and made 48 art shows with them in San Francisco-Bay Area.
2005 Organized Ege Art Fair, Izmir’s first art fair with Ege University at Ataturk Culture Centre.
2006 She acted in films named “Play” and “Irrinova” which were directed by Enver Akmaner and which succeeded to be in the finals at İstanbul short film festival.
2007 Selected for the instructor exchange Programme, Erasmus/Socrates, in Lithuania.Gave lesson about monoprint and under glass painting technique to Art Education Department students at Marijampole college and these lessons were shown on TV in Lithuania.
2007 Made a speech about Turkish Education System at a conference at Marijampole College in Lithuania arranged by Erasmus exchange programme.


She opened 17 solo exhibitions, attended over 60 group exhibitions and those with competitions in Turkey. The artist ,who has 3 rewards, a number of collections both in Turkey and abroad and art works in museums ,still works as an Assist. Prof. Dr. at Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Fine Arts Education and continues her art work in her own studio.
