Daniele Kim began his adult life as a pre-med student at The University of Washington Seattle and a circuit tennis player. At age 20, he moved to New York to follow in his grandfather's footsteps, pursuing film and photography. He began working as a freelance Art Director with clients such as B.C.B.G., Paris, and Ellen Tracy on their worldwide advertising campaigns. In 1993, he co-founded the creative agency, MikcoPlus LTD where he managed the concept development and execution of fashion campaigns to help launch Asian clients into the worldwide market.

Throughout the past 17 years of Daniele's career, he has directed over 700+ shoots in advertising, TV Broadcast and magazine editorials for publications such as Italian Vogue, Japanese Vogue, French Vogue, Vogue Homme, The Face, and ID. He was also the Creative Director for high-end underground cult magazine DUTCH. Daniele has consulted for Italian Vogue, L'Uomo Vogue, T Magazine, S Magazine and Playboy (US) on their celebrity endorsement projects with renowned photographers Walter Chin, Matt Jones Craig Mc Dean and Brett Ratner.

In 2004, Daniele launched a web-based project, Psychopedia.com (www.psychopedia.com). With the help of new generation technology, Psychopedia.com explores categories such as film, fashion, music & art. He has also been heavily involved in developing of a short film series, a behind the scenes documentary and several reality shows for major networks like NBC, VH1, Universal Films, and 20th Century FOX for 2010. He is currently finishing the development of a 'New Age Indie Film' with Legendary Films & Warner Brothers based on his 'FLIRT Series'.

Daniele is involved with several non-profit foundations such as MAYBACH & RED CROSS.

He lives and works in New York City.
