Al heighton graduated from the university of Salford in 2001 with a first class honours degree in Graphic design [ design practice]. Currently Al teaches there one day a week; working with third year degree students on applied visual practice. Al was selected as a runner up for Creative Futures with Creative Review in 2005. His work has been described as sitting some where between a children's an adult world and the fashion world; often with mixed messages peppered with wit. All work is drawn by hand scanned then redrawn digitally.
