Graphic Designer March 2015 - December 2015
Sutherlands Lumber Co, Springfield, MO
Effectively created and implemented templates and style guides for the design team. Working directly with the Advertising Director and store managers I designed tabs, catalogs, newspaper and web ads, product labels, packaging, signage, and gift cards. I also photographed and edited images of stores and products as needed.

Children's Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, MO
Assisted the Graphic Design Coordinator and the Graphic Design Manager with ongoing graphic design projects. I also responsible for a full branding campaign, along with other materials such as web banners, flyers, books, ads, etc.

Accountable for providing artistic direction by using colors, images, text style, and layout for photographic album design and corporate branding. Working with clients, I was able to create appealing designs to fulfill their needs. I created pieces ranging from web apps to email flyers.

Worked with an interdisciplinary team to rebrand Horace Mann Laboratory School. During this experience, I frequently communicated with the copywriters to develop concepts and ensure fluid branding executions. I collaborated with the designer to form visual concepts and facilitated tasks. I also wrote copy and presented during our pitch to the client.
