He was born in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1973. Belloc chose industrial design in the University of Guadalajara, for being a multidisciplinary career that penetrates the world of transformation, observation of the surroundings, and exploration of industrial fabrication processes. Throughout his career, he has worked in publicity, interior design, and concept development.
bElllOC felt no desire of forming his professional persona within the norm and typical standards, which lead him to search deeply for personal expression techniques such as photography, video, sculpture, and classical arts such as drawing and sketching.
