• Design ultra high end homes that range in value of 2.5 to 8 million dollars in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. At time of project assignment, level of completions may range from ground breaking or framing to a completed house.
• Carry out all aspects of the design process from meeting with clients to walking through the completed punch list. Specific items include: gauging the scope of the project and assessing client needs, reviewing budgets and schedules, communicating with the architects, creating CAD elevations of bathrooms and kitchens allowing for a redesign and analysis of electrical and plumbing locations, formulate finish decisions based on SMH standards (tile, plumbing fixtures, millwork, countertops, cabinets, landscaping, paint, and ceiling details), compiling quotes for ordering materials and seeing them through to preparation and install., daily job site visits, and creating final punch lists.
• Select finishes for all spec homes from prestigious vendors including Ann Sacks, Waterworks, and Christopher Peacock Cabinetry which involves working with each rep in the showroom as well as on the job sites.
