Brief Summary
My name is Peter Himpel and I was born back in 1975 in Neunkirchen/Germany – ja, ich spreche deutsch. I've been doing graphics and design for 20 years, fulltime for the past 13 years. My main area of interest is graphic design in connection with music. That's why most of my references presented here come from that field – although there are many more that are not music-related.
In the past 4 years (2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008) I ran my own design agency – Stereobrand – together with Bernd Schmitt. We finished a ton of projects ranging from business cards and logo design to image brochures and dynamic websites.
Now (2009) it's time for me to start something new. I want to focus on working with clients from all lines of art-related businesses, i.e. artists, bands, booking agencies, record labels, etc. You get the idea.
