The Someone Elses got together in the summer of 2009. The group comprises of song writer, lyricist and rhythm guitarist Carolina Otero, Hi-Lo Ray (guitar and production), José Montoro (drums) and Nick Simpson (bass). Hi-Lo Ray and José were members of the highly acclaimed Valencian band Tent. Nick was a member of the British band ABMO and whilst living in Finland formed The Moneylenders. Carolina is also the lead singer of Lülla. Although a relatively young project, the band have been successful in various competitions (Contraindicanciones in the Contraclub in Madrid Nov 2009, winners of Factory Music, Alcoy 2010 and runners-up in Troglogló in La Caverna, Valencia). They are in the process of mixing their first album.
