Solomon Walker is a professional Canadian Artist, Photographer and Poet, living in the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Toronto, Ontario. He is the Founder/CEO of the Museum Of Digital Fine Arts (MoDFA), a unique creative project supporting Digital Arts, Artists and Photographers globally.
Solomon has been drawing and painting since the age of 11. His formal artistic education began with public and technical schooling, workshops and personal tutorship. His specialized training included painting, drawing, anatomy, sculpture, portraiture, graphics design, printmaking, illustration, computer graphics, typography, fashion design, photography and video-graphy, plus wood carving.
When rendering art work, Solomon draws inspiration from emotions, from thoughts, and careful extractions of worldly cultural philosophies that spans the modern age and back to ancient times. His artistic style and techniques are are a combination of the past and present, inter-mixing with various artistic schools of thought, cultural art forms, realism, minimalism, abstract expressionism, cubism, conceptual-ism, dada-ism, and many lesser known movements in today's art world.
With the modern art-form of Digital, Solomon focuses his creative attention on producing the most unique pieces of art. The ultimate results are quite startling, with each individual piece appearing just as renderings with traditional tools. All these works are truly akin to Solomon's perception of the ever changing world around him. They take shade in a realm of mixed abstract and conceptual forms, depicting subjects and ideas that ponders many questions.
Solomon has participated in various local and international art and photo events, and has been awarded for is creative vision. His work is sold through various online galleries and bought and collected by buyers from across the globe.
