Sarah is an illustrator who lives and works in Birmingham. She likes to use a range of pencils, pens and crayons to create her images and she also screen prints her illustrations. Her drawings are based on everyday objects and animals which give her work a bizarre and endearing quality. As well as working on illustration commissions, Sarah also creates limited edition screen prints, books, greetings cards and a range of products which she sells at various galleries, shops and art markets around the UK. She also delivers art workshops and takes part in solo and group exhibitions.

Exhibitions;
Girls Who Draw MAGIC exhibition 2011 – Solihull Arts complex. Exhibited with GWD following the launch of our 3rd postcard book ‘magic’.
Girls Who Draw live drawing and illustration fair 2011 – live drawing and interactive events for community.
Scribble Garden 2010 – organised an exhibition which was displayed in a garden in the summer of 2010, as part of the Moseley art trail, Birmingham.
Live Illustration Draw at Upfest 2010– Participated in a live drawing event as part of the Girls Who Draw group alongside collectives including Boys Who Draw, Inky Goodness and Decked.
Travelling Menagerie Exhibition 2010– Exhibited with the Girls Who Draw group in July 2010 at the Here and Now Gallery in Falmouth and also designed and printed one of the posters for the event.
Boxbird Cinescope exhibition 2009 and 2010 – Exhibited special event limited edition screen prints alongside artists such as Jon Burgerman, Graham Carter, Modern Toss and Ben Newman.

Inky Goodness 3 2009– Participated in the Wonderland exhibition at The Custard Factory in Birmingham in September 2009.
Grand union artists book fair 2009 – Exhibited my own comics and collaborative books at this fair.
Limited Edition Fused magazines affordable art market 2008– Exhibited a range of my products including limited edition screen prints, cards, comics, books and badges.
Plus international design expo 2008– Exhibited limited edition prints as part of Girls Who Draw in this unique design led festival in Birmingham.
Solo exhibition at Marcus Gallery 2008 – Moseley, Birmingham
Fired Arts/Outcrowd collective/– Commissioned to draw on the walls of these businesses – shop/pub/2008-2011
Girls Who Draw – part of this group of women illustrators formed by Karoline Rerrie since 2008. Exhibited in various locations including at Exposure in London and been part of the limited edition postcard books.
