Indiana University Art Museum (July 2012 - Present)

Contribute relevant articles to the Indiana University Art Museum's blog (http://artfromallangles.wordpress.com/) to promote and generate attendance for upcoming exhibits, programs, and events as well as to showcase the museum's collections and staff.

Promote, research, and help coordinate events while working directly with the Indiana University Art Museum marketing department to engage the Bloomington community and Indiana University students to become aware and involved in new exhibits, programs, and events that the museum has to offer.



Indiana University Campus Recreational Sports (May 2012 - Present)
Member Services 

Facilitate communication between Rec Sports participants, members, and employees to gain/retain memberships and increase customer satisfaction.

Certified in CPR, AED, and SFA along with internal training in Risk Management and Member Services specific workshops to provide safety and care on a day-to-day basis as well as in cases of emergencies. 



Lisa M. Dietlin & Associates, Inc. (January 2012 - June 2012)
Junior Associate Intern

Taking initiative as a first-year student, I applied for and accepted the internship offer from Lisa M. Dietlin & Associates (LMDA) in January 2012. LMDA is a consulting firm that works with nonprofits and entrepreneurs.

Facilitated organization, communication, and databases internally within the company and externally to client projects to grow client base and to increase funding, donors, and sponsors; contacted donors and sponsors while working onsite with clients to increase funding and awareness; applied research (utilizing databases such as Razor's Edge) and analysis to support the overall goals of LMDA and those specifically outlined with its clients; posted Twitter and Facebook updates to promote Lisa M. Dietlin’s publications and appearances as well as through traditional outlets to build the company and create a strong brand image.

After my internship had been completed, I continued to work with LMDA remotely on a needs-basis throughout the summer. 



Mike's Express Carwash (May 2009 - September 2011)
Sales Associate

Working with Mike's Express Carwash as a sales associate for over 2.5 years, I interacted with and maintained relationships with customers, processed transactions, and helped customers out on our lot to provide excellent customer service, promote special deals, and increase sales.
