I've been a full-time freelance cartoonist & illustrator for more years than I care to remember and I've developed a lively and colorful style that blends satire with strong design. I like to think that in my caricatures, I not only capture a good likeness but a good sense of the subject's character. My artwork has appeared in many contexts and once, an illustration of mine was reproduced in Russia in a Soviet-era publication. (I'm still awaiting payment on that one). Never met a deadine I couldn't meet.

No awards, but several years ago, I did a cover illustration for New York City's VILLAGE VOICE featuring Donald Trump. One day, as I was walking past a newsstand, I saw some guy stop in his tracks, go over to the pile of Village Voices (which had the Trump Cover on), slapped the pile and said " HA! Dat's DONALD TRUMP", and resumed walking. At the time, I thought that was pretty cool.
