Santiago Billy is a Guatemalan freelance photojournalist and landscape photographer, his photographs have been featured in magazines in Spain and Guatemala. He is well known for his HDR panoramic landscapes. His preferred subjects to photograph are volcanoes.  

Born in Guatemala in 1987 Santiago has traveled across the world, his most recent escape was a six month period in South East Asia from May 2012 to November 2012. After returning to Guatemala Santiago covered the "mayan end of the world", which proved to be a disappointment in Guatemala, so he went to Belize to see a ritual made by some of the few remaining Mayan Shamans. 

Now based in Antigua Guatemala, Santiago is photographing the Guatemalan volcanic landscape.
