Brief Summary
Ryan Peltier was born in Minneapolis where he earned a BFA in illustration from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design. He lived briefly in Tokyo and Seoul South Korea, where he was influenced by character design and pop art. He currently lives and works in Minneapolis with his girlfriend Vui and his dog Henry. He is a intern at Aesthetic Apparatus, a Minneapolis based screen-printing group that creates rock posters for groups such as the White Stripes and Spoon.
Ryan has exhibited at Billy Shire Fine Arts in Los Angeles and taken part in several juried shows at MCAD. He is featured on the American Illustration web site, 3x3, Creative Quarterly Magazine, Arkitip and he has received five awards from the Society of Illustration Los Angeles.
