Brief Summary
Mark Bischel is an illustrator in New York City whose work is centered around the solitary figure in the public space, the stories of people he will never know and the beauty of the places in which they exist.

He has taught drawing and image making at the
Kansas City Art Institute, The Maryland Institute, College of Art, and City College of New York.

He currently teaches drawing at School of Visual Arts.
