Being a photographer gives me the greatest opportunity in life - to enter into different lives and different worlds, observe, be part, and then step away. I take away with me the emotional and intellectual impact of the encounter, and that impact is what I try to capture in my photographs.
As a result, my work is personal and intimate, and I enjoy creating it immensely.
