PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

WORDSEARCH New York City 2010 to Present

Globally-recognized branding and communications firm creating sophisticated branding solutions for some of the largest real estate projects in the world, such as The Shard in London, Russia Tower in Moscow, Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, Hudson Yards, and One World Trade Center in New York City. Deliverables include brand positioning, logo development, visual vocabularies, websites, apps, films and high-production print materials.

Project Director, US: Responsible for day-to-day client relations, liaising between client and UK-based creative team, meeting reports, asset collection, scheduling, artwork production, print production management and media planning. Projects include Hudson Yards and One World Trade Center.

» Orchestrated production and logistics for all creative materials for an exclusive sit-down broker breakfast held on the 59th floor of One World Trade Center. Procured vendors to produce high-end print and interactive invitations, brochures, presentation and directional signage, custom notebooks and high-end gifts. Worked with client and alongside event company to schedule and troubleshoot within tight time constraints, and within a limited access, high-security environment.

PROJEKT P New York City 2010 to Present

Design firm offering custom brand identity design and marketing solutions to businesses and professionals, providing logo development, websites, packaging and print collateral. Clients include a national mortgage company, consumer insights, communications, law, and health and fitness professionals, non-profit, and a beverage company.

Owner/Director: Responsible for client communications, creative direction, design development and bringing together appropriate and professional partners to create holistic approaches to clients‘ specific needs.

» After being purchased by Shellpoint Partners and receiving a multi-million dollar infusion of capital, national mortgage company New Penn Financial was in need of materials to recruit all levels of sales professionals for their products—wholesale banking, realtor assistance and internet and phone-based loan services. Projekt P created solid, targeted print materials for their recruitment initiatives, which have helped create hundreds of new hires.

MUNROE CREATIVE PARTNERS New York City and Philadelphia 2005-2010

A creative powerhouse, employing writers, art directors and communications strategists who help clients achieve business, marketing and ROI objectives through insightful design and focused brand messaging in both print and digital mediums.

Project Leader: Proven leader managing the NYC office, building new business/client relationships and successfully developing and implementing interactive and traditional branding and marketing programs through to launch and beyond.

» Developed animated, Flash website and direct mail program for top brokers at Cushman & Wakefield, the global real estate services firm, to market available space in 1633 Broadway, a highly coveted, Paramount-owned commercial asset in Midtown Manhattan. Supervised client relations, creative teams and vendors through production, launch and distribution.

» Developed 2 year strategic rebranding program for a little-known, yet prestigious office park in Florham Park, NJ, recently purchased by KBS Realty and brokered by CBRE, worldwide commercial real estate leader. The goal of the rebranding effort was to build a strong identity, internally and externally, raise awareness in the financial and corporate communities to prepare for future availabilities and ultimately to increase the value of the asset.

» Built a trusted relationship with the international relief agency Episcopal Relief & Development ($20M annual revenue), through the redesign of their brand, design of their annual Gifts for Life fundraising catalogs, and the creation of the www.er-d.org website built with full CMS, online store, donation portal, database integration, password-protected social networking area and blog capabilities. Facilitated meetings, set schedule, coordinated design, copywriting and off-site programming teams.

» Proposed and won the rebranding and redesign of the website for The Mission Centers of The Episcopal Church (3 million members worldwide). Set timeline, hired branding partners, supervised branding process (questionnaires, brand sessions, reports), facilitated multi-stakeholder meetings, coordinated IA efforts with creative team who then provided technology partners with templatized designs for website build (in progress).

PAKROVA, INC. Philadelphia 1992-2007

Philadelphia-based design studio specializing in branding and marketing materials for a national financial services firm, international non-profit organization, tour design and advertising for regional concert promoters and venues, identity suites for business start-ups and product packaging for salon products and a specialty food market.

Owner/Director: Managed and directed all creative and business activities, building strong, longterm client relationships. Designed and maintained brand identities through the creation of visually consistent marketing materials, advertising, and websites.

» Creative firm for CMS Companies, Philadelphia-based, privately held financial services company providing asset allocation and intergenerational wealth transfer to entrepreneurs, foundations, and tax exempt institutions. Long-term relationship built corporate brand equity through the development of high-quality investment summaries, event invitations, brochures, stationery and proposal materials.

» Designed and produced game journals, brochures, ads, newsletters and direct mail for Maccabi USA/Sports for Israel ($5M annual revenue), sponsor of the US Team to the World Maccabi Games and supporter of international, national and regional athletic-based activities that preserve the American Jewish community by encouraging Jewish pride. The 12 year relationship thrived on growing of the organization by raising awareness through branded marketing, promotional and fundraising materials.

ALPHA VIDEO/COLLECTABLES RECORDS (Oldies.com) Philadelphia 2003-2005

One of the largest privately held music and movie mail-order companies in the United States with 83,000+ classic albums, 41,000+ classic video titles and 1000s of movie and music books in stock, mailing millions of catalogs to collectors and enthusiasts each year, and shipping thousands of orders daily.

Special Projects Coordinator/Art Director: Worked closely with management and sales to develop consumer packaging for budget-priced music and video product lines, marketed in big box stores such as BJ’s, Sam’s Club, WalMart, Costco, and BestBuy.

» Designed packaging, promotional and display materials for the Ultimate Voice Coach, presented by Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson, a three DVD box set of video voice lessons promoted on CNN, The Today Show, QVC, TV infomercials, and sold nationally in big box retail outlets, through mail-order and online.

PATTI SHEA, SINGER/SONGWRITER Philadelphia 1985-2005

Award-winning songwriter and recording artist, performing in small to mid-sized venues from Washington DC to Boston, and briefly in London, opening for national acts such as Kathy Mattea, Boz Scaggs, Sandra Bernhardt, America and Alison Krauss & Union Station. Booked live shows and radio appearances, managed PR efforts highlighting awards and milestones. Produced and co-produced releases in the US and the UK, designed and maintained the press kit and website, created CD packaging and marketing materials. Signed with manager Mel Stein in London in the early 00s.
