A Western Canadian illustrator/ designer whose work has been shown worldwide, including galleries and publications in Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Tokyo, London, Germany, Spain, France and Melbourne. 

Recognized for his complex color and design theories and a decidedly populist aesthetic, Billington has amassed a cadre of loyal fans and collectors. Working with such clients as EMI records, Urban Outfitters and the War Child foundation.
