Justin Hall is an illustrator and designer based in Portland, Oregon.

By digitally combining layers of expressive, hand-painted marks, he creates bold, figurative images that transcend the limitations inherent to digital or traditional spaces.

Inspired by underdogs, outcasts and misfits, and exploring themes of identity politics, counter culture mythos and spiritual awakenings, his approach is to use visual language to break down complex concepts to their essential iconicities.

While earning his BFA in Illustration at the Pacific Northwest College of Art, Justin began working for Artist Series Guitar in Fullerton, California. Now serving as their lead artist, his work can be found on limited edition guitars for high profile bands, brands and networks such as Alice Cooper, Motorhead, AMC The Walking Dead and Vans.
