Brief Summary
Joaquin is a freelance illustrator in Spain, where he lives nowadays. Member of the APIM (Madrid Association of Professional Illustrators) and AEDA (Spanish Association of Watercolorists), his work has two different, though complimentary, aspects:

Vector illustration.
Fresh, clean and colourful illustrations produced in Adobe Illustrator after pencil sketches. Focused in fashion, editorial and educational areas. He has published several illustrated books for kids (9-12 years) too.

Watercolor illustration
More realistic illustrations with a solid base of pencil drawing and an "unfinished" touch of color to highlight some parts of the composition. One of his watercolor specialities are the Travel Diaries, watercolor sketches mixed with comments, stamps, stickers, tickets... that make a collage of various destinations around the world.
