IMPACT BBDO Regional                          Head of Design Dubai                               2007-Present
Full fledged DTC advertising agency based in Dubai and Beirut, serving the entire Middles East region, part of BBDO worldwide. Responsible for building, managing and creative control of design and branding division of IMPACT BBDO advertising agency in the Middle East. In charge of over 10 graphic designers, desktop and production staff.
Coordinating and implementing creative briefs pertaining to large ad campaigns, as well as creating brands under a wide array of industries ranging from banks, real estate, food/beverages, government institutions and airlines. Budget planner for entire department and cost implementation for clients budgets and scope of work. Hands on graphic designer with logo,

Managed and art direct creative team for P&G’s Crest and Oral-B business. Developing and maintaining brand character and design collaterals and campaigns for all Crest/Oral-B account North America and Canada. Delegate projects and supervise art director team as well as manage client expectations.

New York based advertising firm, clients include Pfizer, UCB, Astra Zeneca, Bayer, McDonalds. Led creative on Rx-Club Award winning FROVA account. Responsible for the re-launch and management of the brand at a global level. Worked closely with client on developing training materials for new sales force: created award winning inspirational video, newsletter and radio programming to introduce the brand and motivate reps. Developed launch campaign for ON-Q medical device pump.
Re-branded the device and launched new marketing print and web initiative that contributed to large increase in sales. Key team member in internal agency-wide “Disruptive” campaign to revamp look and advertising for the agency. Oversaw new creative launch for Pfizer’s ARICEPT and CALMACTIN advertising global advertising campaigns.
