Principal designer, Cindy Martin, is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts and holds two degrees in art and has over 15 years corporate marketing experience in the technology, service and nonprofit and manufacturing sectors. Create designs for print including newspaper advertising, newsletters, flyers, brochures, online and event promotional banners, trade show materials. Teaching and tutoring art and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Confidental Newspaper Graphic Design June 2009-September 2009
Work with customers to help them focus on desired message then design advertising and telephone directory display ads. Design for print in black/white, spot and full color and manage photography for print. Prepress ad and image placement, modify and review layouts for final approval by editor. Oversee prepress and on site approval of printed edition. Meet deadlines! Position was summer intern.

Confidential Software Corp Creative Marketing April 2002 - April 2007
Revitalized stalled sales through creation of marketing materials for software products and services. Teammate developing market strategy, public relations, direct mail and sales campaigns. Used creative writing for marketing, social media and public relations. Created and managed corporate and product art. As project manager, wrote process and training manuals. Company sold to investors.

Medical Devices Assistant Product Manager January 1997 - April 2002
I successfully introduced a new consumer product to market by development of creative marketing concepts and designs including: press releases, print ads, product packaging and inserts, POS display, sales materials and trade show booth design, training and presentations. Responsible for managing creative processes, marketing strategy, budgets and clerical team. Company sold; closed Richmond division.
