A graduate of Fine Arts and Graphic Design, Lino uses vivid illustrations and paintings to evoke an emotional response from his audience. His avant-garde use of paint, collage, and drawing breathes a poetic feel into his images, which, at the same time can be lively, intimate, and disturbing. Lino’s preoccupation with human nature has earned him accolades across Québec, Canada, Europe and the United States. He also teaches illustration at LAVAL university in Québec City and works as a scenographer when the several reputable Theatre companies.
