Teresa Murphy, a self taught artist, works in a variety of mediums, feeling that working in only one is too restrictive.  Many of her experiences with different mediums are born from the need to express a certain idea or emotion that are reflected by the techniques they're created in. She works mainly in traditional means feeling that the computer, though it may be able to replicate a medium, can never replace ink stained and pencil smudged fingers.
