Philip Bernard is not a maker of pictures but rather a dreamer of pictures. He is one of those discreet disciples of the God of dreams, a patient hemeralopic intruder and a traveler into the realm of pictures in dreams, which he reformulates afterwards in his vast creation of photographic works.
