Nina David was born in Duesseldorf, Germany, in 1974. She studied communication design at Art Center College of Design in Vevey, Switzerland, and in Los Angeles, U.S.A.

After finishing her education with a bachelor of fine arts with honors she worked for two years as an Art Director for the multimedia design agency WYSIWYG back in Duesseldorf, and is now working for BMZ+more, an advertising agency, as Creative Director. Her well known clients - Sony, Toyota, Lexus, Mitsubishi Electrics, Microsoft, Citibank, Fidelity Investments - are located all over the world.
Her work has won several international awards.

In her spare time she realizes font and Web works. Her most important typework, the font Uni F, was designed during her studies and received an award of typographic exellence from the Type Directors Club in 1998. Her well known site www.font-o-rama.com displays more fonts as well as typographic knowledge.
