Rick began his professional career as a public school teacher, and then entered the computer arena where he was employed by and worked with Apple Computer for over 10 years. At Apple Rick was exposed to graphic and software design practices which have guided his subsequent freelance work as creative designer and principal photographer, first for CARMICHAELvisual in California, and now LuxViz in Bali.

Rick has over 30 years experience in photography and over 14 years experience in website design and production.

Rick's skill sets span sales and marketing, support and training, photography and cinematic videography, and digital editing and high-definition printing.
