Photojournalism
Over 20 years experience photographing major news events and documenting social change. Produces insightful and informative pictures covering such stories as political upheaval in Haiti, Russias transition to capitalism, the Los Angeles riots and many U.S. presidential campaigns. Relocated to New Orleans to document the recovery from Hurricane Katrina. In-depth work follows residents in various stages following the hurricanes: during flooding, returning home, clean-up, rebuilding, life in FEMA trailers and return of cultural vitality.
Corporate Events/Public Relations
Regularly shoots press conferences, product announcements, trade shows, charity events, celebrity appearances, parties and meetings. Able to distribute publicity photos to local media, the Associated Press, Reuters and Yahoo News Photos upon request. Hired by Microsoft yearly to photograph Computer Electronics show to shoot promotional imagery.
