I designed posters, logos, brochures, books, and shirts, worked with clients one on one and itemized the design process for billing purposes. As Manager, I also planned budgets, hired new designers, supervised our design direction, and nurtured an office structure that met the needs of both coworkers and clients.

Pro Bono Design, International Rescue Committee
September – December 2005
I designed a set of brochures for the IRC, a non profit organization with a branch that operates out of San Francisco. The brochures were their best tool for providing information about the work they do for refugees.

Spring 2005
I designed posters, logos, brochures, books, and shirts, worked with clients one on one and itemized the design process for billing purposes. As Assistant Manager, I assisted the Account Manager in planning the budget and evaluating the progress of Junior Designers and Interns, collaborating with the manager in creating a system of hiring interns that is still being utilized today.
