Born in Caracas in 1948. Ukrainian origins.
I use to draw and pint since a child. My mother taught me some techniques, but I am basically a self-taught visual kind of artist - artisan. Anything can inspire me.
Professional Experience
Studied Chemistry (Universidad de Oriente and Universidad Central de Venezuela). M Sc in Chemistry (Venezuelan Institute of Scientific Research). Worked in several fields. Left labs due to exposure to toxic compounds.
Design of didactic and informative material mainly in Environmental and Health related topics. Member of Community and Environmental protection groups.
Studied basics of watercolor, oil painting with Halyna Krychevska-Linde. Experiments with different materials, mixed media, collage, recyclable materials.
Participation in collective and individual exhibitions in Venezuela and Chicago.
Dedicate some time to experiment with keyboards (synth, electroacustic music)
