David Fox has been a professional photographer since his teens. Originally a photojournalist, he earned a degree in filmmaking at Emerson college in 1982, and opened a video production company. In 1993, finding himself widowed with two small children, David re-examined his goals in life. Inspired by study at the Maine Photographic Workshops, he returned to his roots, building a reputation for excellence in portrait, event, commercial and fine art photography. In recent years, partnered with his second wife, Greta, he has created his own niche as a specialist in corporate, special event and convention photography. David is the photography sponsor for ISES/NE, ISES/RI, MPI/NE, and the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau, and is the primary photography vendor for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and the Citi Performing Arts Center. He is a sponsor and advisor to the board of Art BeCause, (www.artbecause.org) a breast cancer research fundraising organization.
