Project Team: In Construction. 31,500 sf renovation of an existing steam laundry facility in downtown Washington DC into multi-functional community spaces to serve as a linkage between two new residential towers.

Perth Amboy High School, Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
Project Team: Design Development. Winning competition entry to design a State funded $84 million New High School for 3,000 students .

South Shore Drill Team Center, Chicago, Illinois.
Project Team: Built. Privately funded 73,000 sf Youth Center on the South side of Chicago .

South Chicago Avenue Streetscaping, Chicago, Illinois.

A new Hotel/Hostal A small group of buildings (252 sq.meters total) as part of a larger development strategy for the historic district of the Island of Cabo Verde off the West Coast of Africa.

12,000 sq.meter new Headquarters for the National Bank of this African island Country comprising of 3 main components including a 7 story office tower, a below grade vault, and public meeting spaces.

HiperCentre. Montreuil District, Paris, France.
Project Team: Design Development.
Grand Urban Redevelopment for a growing suburb of Paris including design of a new Concert Hall, 5 new blocks of Apartments with Commercial-Retail hybrid functions, a new HiperMarket with 2 sub-levels of parking, Metro entrances and Ground transport stations, the renovation of an existing Central Square and the introduction of two new public plazas.

4000 sq.meter luxury single family residence near Lisbon, designed in multi-levels in response to the stepping hillside terrain.

Casas Particulares. Vicenza, Italy.

Seven new luxury single family residences belonging to a cluster of units situated on a private rural hillside. Houses average between 3500-4000 sq.meters each.

Bradford Kelley was born and raised in Hawaii. At the age of 18, he began his architectural studies at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. Upon receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and after briefly working on the west coast, he relocated to New York City where he began work on several national and international architectural projects with Steven Holl Architects. After four years with the firm, Brad attended Columbia University in New York City where he received his Master’s degree in Advanced Architectural Design. Following graduation, Brad relocated to Oporto, Portugal where he began work in the atelier of Alvaro Siza, Arquitecto. After three years in Portugal with the office, Brad returned to the United States and settled in Chicago, Illinois where he joined John Ronan Architects. After four years at JRA, Brad returned to the west coast where he currently collaborates with the office of Shubin + Donaldson Architects in Culver City, California.
